● Utilizing profile welding and artificial aging treatment, the machine body is resistant to deformation, ensuring more robust, smooth, and reliable operation of the sanding machine.
● Four independent gear reducers are used for lifting and lowering, with steel shaft couplings at the front and rear to ensure precise and reliable positioning.
● The height of the sanding roller is indicated by a dial indicator, providing an intuitive display of the sanding depth and its numerical value; the vertical positioning accuracy can be as fine as 0.01 mm.
● Suitable for automated sanding lines—both top and bottom sanding—as well as pre‑paint sanding. It delivers superior sanding performance on veneer surfaces.
● The surface of the fixed-thickness roller is made of medium-carbon steel and undergoes quenching and tempering, enhancing its wear resistance and service life.
● The specially designed parameters of the fixed-thickness roller enable the pre‑painting sanded surface to achieve an even more refined finish.
● All electrical components are sourced from internationally renowned brands, ensuring stable equipment operation.
