　　● Four independent gear reducers are used for lifting and lowering, with steel shaft couplings at the front and rear to ensure precise and reliable positioning.

　　● The vertical position of the sanding roller is indicated by a dial indicator, providing an intuitive display of the sanding depth and its numerical value; the lifting accuracy can be as fine as 0.01 mm.

　　● Suitable for automated sanding lines for both top and bottom sanding, as well as pre‑paint sanding. It delivers superior sanding performance on veneer‑faced wood.

　　● The surface of the fixed-thickness roller is made of medium-carbon steel and undergoes quenching and tempering, enhancing its wear resistance and service life.

● The specially designed parameters of the thickness‑setting roller enable the pre‑painting sanded surface to achieve an even more refined finish.
