When purchasing a second-hand sander, how should I check the three major pieces?

First, conveying platform

Check first to see if the conveyor belt is damaged (damage will affect the amount of sand cutting, and the thickness of the plates to be sanded varies!)

Whether there is no warped edge at the edge of the conveyor belt (the warped edge of the conveyor belt proves that the tension of the conveyor belt is gone and the service life is up. The conveyor belt needs to be replaced. The warped edge will lead to different thickness and unevenness of the sanding plate)

. Some wide band sander, the conveyor bed (conveyor platform) will use marble table. If you want to buy, for the marble countertop must be checked clearly, whether the marble is broken, whether the iron hoop around the marble is open glue! Second, unless the whole conveying bed is replaced, the quality of the board you sand out is absolutely not up to standard. The marble table is broken and cracks are very common! Some new machines will cause damage to the marble table during transportation!)

Just like hard rubber rollers, you must not touch diesel oil (only these two can be checked manually, and a slight indentation on soft rubber rollers is not acceptable!)

Third, the motor
is powered on. The motor does not lack phase. When it rotates, there is no abnormal noise (proving that there is no lack of phase) and no trembling (proving that the rotor and bearing are not broken!) Can circle! What bicycle!!!
After checking the three major parts, there are some minor problems. These can be adjusted or replaced with parts.
